These Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of Products (as defined below) on the bikeit.bike website. and on other web addresses that redirect to bikeit.bike made by Sportit S.r.l. with registered office in Milan, Viale Degli Abruzzi 41, cap 20131, enrolled in the company register of Milan under no. MI – 2098729, tax code and VAT no. 09545330962, online travel agency authorised by the Municipality of Milan Prot. MI-SUPRO/0146812 dated 08/08/2018 under policy number 1505002199/Z of Nobis Compagnia di Assicurazioni S.p.A.

Article 1 – Persons authorised to purchase

Purchases on the Bikeit platform can be made by all consumers as natural persons.

Article 2 – Products/services offered

The company Sportit Srl cannot be held equally responsible for voluntary and/or accidental damage to property and/or persons, following the purchase of products sold through the Bikeit marketplace.

Conditions of withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified in the individual product details, the end user purchasing on the Bikeit marketplace is not entitled to any refund or compensation after confirming his booking. Visit our page on Cancellation conditions.

Insurance conditions

By purchasing Multisport by Bikeit insurance, the buyer declares that he has read, understood and downloaded the entire information set (DIP; Additional DIP; Insurance Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy) and Appendices 3, 4 and 4b. He also declares that he has accepted the general conditions of insurance and wishes to purchase Multisport by Bikeit insurance.

The information set is made available in digital format, but a hard copy can always be provided at the request of the insured.

Article 3 – Change of reservation

The conditions relating to the modification of the reservation made are specified in the detail sheet of each individual product.

Unless otherwise specified in the product detail sheet, the booking made via the Bikeit platform is not subject to change.

Article 4 – Products and prices

The products are described on the “product description” page on the Site.

Prices are quoted in euros and always include VAT.

Article 5 – Purchasing procedure

In order to submit a purchase order for one or more Products, you must go to the Bikeit website and select the desired Product(s). Once you have purchased the Product(s) you declare:

1. to have fully read and understood the “product description” of the Supplier’s Service,
2. to unconditionally accept and undertake to abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and (where applicable) the Supplier’s terms and conditions of sale (the Terms of Service).

These details are not used by Sportit Srl except to complete the procedure relating to your purchase or to make refunds in case of cancellations, in accordance with the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to report cases of fraud to the police.

f you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such assignment.

In order to obtain the preferential rates, it is always necessary to access the Site and make the purchase.
